    The ÉTONE DESIGN (“étone design” “we””us”) website (our “site”) and related services are available to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out below.

    By using this website www.etonedesign.com you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions which will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.


    ÉTONE DESIGN welcomes anyone over the age of 18 with a valid credit card.


    We accept payment via the secure Paypal payment gateway. When placing an order with ÉTONE DESIGN, you (the customer) confirm that you are authorised to use your selected credit card.

    You shall pay for the items at the time you order. The price you shall pay for your order shall be the price specified on the website. You also agree to pay the delivery and handling fee including goods and services tax (Australia Only) which étone design is required to collect from you.

    We utilise SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, the most advanced safety encryption obtainable, to ensure this site is safe. Every care and duty within our power is taken to ensure this site is secure. Therefore, ÉTONE DESIGN cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered because of unauthorised access to this site. We do not store your credit card details at any time so customer confidence and satisfaction is assured at any times.


    • Australian Orders •

    We offer FREE shipping Australia wide.

    All pieces are made to order. We will always do our best to accommodate you. Orders received by 9am AEST on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched within 2 to 4 business days depending on the piece. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be addressed on the following business day. At peak times there might be delivery delays and we will keep you informed.

    Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with shipping information.

    • International Orders •

    We offer a flat rate of 25.00AUD for international shippings. Orders will be sent using Registered International Air Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery of your order may take 3-14 days. Partial tracking is provided.

    You may be liable for import and/ or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrivals. Taxes and customs charges may vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you.


    We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.

    We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.


    We remains the owner of the items we supply to you util you have paid in full amounts that you owe us. Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery adress.


    All purchases on etonedesign.com are final so please choose carefully!

    Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the étone design online store.

    All pieces are handmade and must be handled carefully as they can be delicate.

    Pleas note that wear or tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

    If you find your piece has a manufacturing fault, étone will gladly repair this item, exchange or refund based on individual factors, factoring in the below process:

    ∗ The product must have been purchased within 7 days of notification of fault.

    ∗ You must notify étone design by email at caroline@etonedesign.com with a photograph and description of the fault.

    ∗ A proof of purchase which can be either email confirmation from the e-shop or bank statement.

    ∗ Following a response from étone design, please return the item for assessment. Please understand that we cannot refund the cost of returning products to us.

    ∗ Items must be sent by a trackable method, an Australia Post Express Post bag is recommended. Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return. As any items further damaged during transit will not be accepted, please take care when posting.

    ∗ For international Returns please mark “Returned Goods” to ensure the items do not incur custom duties and taxes.

    ∗ Exchanges are only possible if the item is available however we will always do our best to accommodate you. We will cover the cost of sending the new item to you but the shipping of the items back to us will be paid by you.

    ∗ Refund will be made through Paypal. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the items for your account to be credited.


    In placing an order with us, you will be providing étone design with personal information and these will be kept strictly secured. We do not pass/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with new product launch or sale events (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

    All étone design fashion jewellery pieces are individually handmade. This means that each piece is unique and we cannot guarantee you will receive an item exactly identical to that shown on our website. Colours are a guide only.
